Archways provides a variety of paid work opportunities for Archways clients including:

Mobile Work Crew performs various services through contracts with community businesses, such as lawn maintenance and janitorial services and provides clients with a structured and supervised work experience.

Supported Employment bridges the gap to competitive employment in the community. Clients are trained for various jobs and entry-level positions, both full time and part time, are sought. Archways staff support clients until they are comfortable with the position, then make periodic on-the-job visits.

Creative Colours: Creative Colours is a silk screening and embroidery business specializing in caps, t-shirts, sweatshirts, golf shirts, this business employs a mix of disabled and non-disabled workers. Clients who have demonstrated interest and are motivated toward employment in a more creative manufacturing field are trained in screen printing, production, packaging, inventory control, and quality inspections.
